We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However due to the lighting used in the shoot and your device display, slight color variations are expected. We do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.

Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Yes, you may cancel your order at any time within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
ANAYA reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to, the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Orders placed using Credit / Debit Cards can only be cancelled during the first 24 hours from the time the order is placed. After 24 hours, a 15 USD fees is applicable on any refund.
We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made to order” or “Stitched” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.
Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.
We use Call Courier as our primary courier to deliver orders within Pakistan and DHL as our primary courier for international orders.
Once your order is dispatched, it takes 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in the world. Delivery times can vary depending on the country and city of the consignee.
Custom laws vary country to country, so you may be required to pay customs and/or excise duties or other taxes upon delivery in your country. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs Department in your country whether they charge any such duties or taxes on your order. ANAYA does not collect any such duty on behalf of any authority and may not be held liable or responsible for any such charges.
For local orders the courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us. For international orders the package will be left at your door or at the reception of building or office mentioned in your address.
Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or by contacting us. You can also track your order in these ways:

Returns & Exchange
No, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
We do NOT offer returns or refunds unless the customer has received a damaged product. For the avoidance of doubt, this means a manufacturing defect. This does NOT include minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to the digital shoot images) as this can vary as per the lighting used in photography. Slight variations in the stitching style also do not constitute a manufacturing defect, as many styles will be shown as sleeveless in a shoot, but most will be provided with sleeves when ordered (and necessary changes in styling may be made as required for this given the limitations of embroidery provided). Changes in style of stitched items therefore, will not be considered a manufacturing defect, and no replacement or refund will be provided for such issues.
If you have any issues with an item or are unsure about whether it is a defect, you can contact us and we will see what we can do for you. However, even if we, in our sole discretion, decide to offer a partial or full refund for the item in question, we will not be liable for any customs duties, taxes, shipping fees or any other bank charges or other fees that may have been incurred on the transaction.
Products purchased during a Sale cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
